Events can also be hosted at the villa, with a starting fee of €10,000 plus 22% VAT. However, for such occasions, it's best to inquire about availability and specific details by making a request.
Rules & Notes:
- Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
- Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside; please use designated smoking areas outside.
- Check-In: Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Linen replacement and cleaning: Included for stays that exceeds 6 nights.
- Private parking: Can be arranged, with prices ranging from €25 to €35.
- Please contact the host: A day prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Additional services: Reserved on-site must be settled before departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Additional Fees:
- Late Arrival Fees: An additional fee of €30 applies for arrivals from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Arrivals from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM will incur a €50 fee. For arrivals from 1:00 AM to 7:00 AM, a €100 fee will be charged.
- Porter service: Is recommended; prices may vary between €10 and €15 per piece of luggage.
- Parking: Is available along the national road free of charge, subject to availability or it can be arranged privately at € 20 to € 50 per day.
- Tourist tax: Ranging from €1.50 to €3.00, depending on the property, is not included in the price and must be paid upon check-in.
- VAT: Included in the initial price.
- Cleaning: Fee of €150,00 is not included in the rate.

- Distance: Approximately 60 kilometers (36 miles).
- Summer Season Tip: Due to heavy traffic, private transfer is recommended.

- Train and Bus: Take a train from Naples Airport to Sorrento, then catch a SITA bus to Positano.
- Ferry and Bus: Board a ferry from Naples to Amalfi, then hop on a SITA bus to Positano.

- On-Foot Transition: After spotting the landmarks, commence your walk up Via Miglina. Locate and ascend the steps off the road.
- Entry Point: Watch for a white gate labeled "Villa Vuolo." This is your entrance, leading to several properties.
- Final Destination: Continue to the last property below, Casa Luna Sul Mare, located within the gated area.
Additional Information
- Porter Service: Should you have arranged for porters, they will be awaiting your arrival in front of the Onda Verde Hotel.
- Luggage Consideration: Given the walk and steps involved in reaching Casa Luna Sul Mare, consider your luggage situation. Porters can significantly ease this part of your journey.
Deposit and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm and guarantee the booking.
- Payment can be made via wire transfer or credit card.
- The final payment is due 60 days before the arrival date, using the same payment methods.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit is requested upon check-in at the property.
- This will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
- If cancellation occurs after 60 days before arrival and any payment beyond the initial deposit has been made, these additional payments are non-refundable.
- No-shows will not receive any refund.

- Tourist tax and other services are not included in the booking price.
- Clients should review the list of services included and excluded from their booking carefully.
